from my experience (my cats indoor/outdoor) neutered male usually jalan2 je..will come back..n d area dia cover xjauh dr rumah..kiranye neighbourhood yg dia comfortable. for female..mmg xjalan..suker duk umah berkepit 
how i wish i can jadikan my cats indoor..xder la terpekik terlolong depan pagar evertime nak pangey balik..letih..nak travel pun susah..risau nak tinggalkan..sigh...
