Melissa, I have the horrible feeling in me that what you say is true because this petshop towkay also does not spay his beautiful calico mother cat which hangs in his shop and she has just given birth AGAIN! My heart pains for all these little darlings who deserve a decent life as much as we do ... In the end, like everything else, it is back to what our government should be doing ... (sigh!)
