Yes the cat will be in stress... just imagine sit in the carrier for 10-16 hours for long journey and after that lock in a cage at quarantine for a week and even months.But what to do... regulation is still a regulation.Before you buy a cat please do check on the airport of departure also coz not all airport got direct flight to KL... some have to transit here and there and it may cost as much as the price of the cat itself.

Once arrived cat need to be spray with Frontline to prevent fleas infestation in quarantine.Please take pictures of your cat before handed to quarantine.You may visit your cat everyday but since the quarantine located in Sepang.... most will just wait a week to pick their cat.Our quarantine fees here are affordable but do not expect too much... good no cheap... cheap no good.... some other countries do provide state of the art quarantine facilities but the cost is totally killing resulting smuggling and so on.
