I suspect it could also be possible that the cat ada tuan in the area (she is not kurus and looks maintained even tho she hangs around a place like that) and is actually wandering around for extra food as cats can act hungry even 1 hour after feeding. Outdoor cats do wander a certain kilometer radius and often hang out wherever there is food available (e.g. eating places). But they do go home once in a while. I shudder to think that if I live near eating places and one of my FurKids (memang kena biar outdoors bcos we rescue too many to keep indoors) should "discover" a food haven and hang around there and get catnapped. Kalau dapat owner bagus yg sayang dia just as much and treat them well, takpe, then I can rescue another pitiful cat tapi kalo dapat org yg "sayang sekejap" then fall out of love and give away or abandon, I would feel utterly heartbroken ...
