i've neutered my male cat sean.
what shocked me after the surgery is, his eyes are wide open and he was unable to blink...
hence the eye balls gets dry...
i was very very worried. and sean took a long long time to get up from the anesthetics. i took him back from the clinic at 11am, he is still not moving until around 6 or 7pm! but he was breathing all right.
the eyes stayed open without blinking for hours....
i sometimes rub his eyelids... i also wanted to use some eyemo to moist his eye balls.. but i tot eyemo might not be suitable for cats.
when he got up its all good with him.
i do cage him because he likes to drag his but and scrub his ball on the floor creating a hint or some smuge of blood on the floor. so i caged his for 2 days with some break but i will keep close eye on his behaviour.
now everything has healed up nicely. i am waiting for the fur to grow back to cover his balls. kekeke....
sean's bahaviour is dramatically improved! he is so much calmer, no longer scared of people, will not go and hide, loves to seek attention and very very manja. :-)
i wish all the best to ur little princess....
for me next is to spay qaseh. i will be taking a 1 week leave to monitor her.
