From my previous experience, importing animals from KL to Sarawak is strictly prohibited. Dun know why. I imported my benji from Sabah to Sarawak and then Sarawak to KL no quarantine at all.... My friend assisted to hand carry on MAS as Air Asia strictly prohibits animals on their flight. Rasanya RM8.00 per kg la... My Benji and Ling Ling cost RM64.00 to fly from Kuching to KL. Sampai KLIA no one check them at all

Countries that need no quarantine in Malaysia is Australia, New Zealand and another one i forgot

I did all the work myself. Alhamdulilah everything can be done in a day if cat is properly vacinated and has all the necessary papers.
