the floorplan is just perfect for me and the cats - it has a connecting toilet and also an internal courtyard... just come across new housing development right after i sign my agreement! not my luck maybe
my current catroom is on the groundfloor. i still haven't decide to make the tiny 10 ft by 6 ft space into a courtyard or into a wet kitchen. i dunno yet whether i can afford to build a balcony in the future but it can be troublesome to transport the catstuff upstairs! |
Hei just start with what you have later you can add on or change.
Yr 10ft x 6ft can be turn into a courtyard if there is proper ventilation and sunlight.......if not best to remain it as wash area or wet kitchen.
I prefer my cats to have the upstairs room so that the busy bodies can have a better view of what's happening outside....(bird view)
