Thank you so much all for your messages. i am still so shocked, I couldn not sleep till 2am last night just thinking of the horror my cat had to go through and the disbelief at how the whole issue is treated so casually.

Yes thats the one. They shoved the registration note we signed when we send our pets for boarding, its says 'we are not liable for any loss...we practice due dilligence and have safe cages'. Everyone out there, you need to look at the facilities before you consider kenneling any pets.

This one had a large room with walls that do not close with the roof. i suppose for better ventilation. The room is compartmentalised in caged rooms with just a simple bolt to close the door. The only thing separating the kittens in there and the ravaging guard dogs is this little bolt that sildes across the door and it catches. And they said, 'it must have been the kids. None of our staff would make mistake.' No kids should be allowed unsupervised..and its not a petting zoo! No visitors should be allowed just like that!

We must let all vets and boarding centers know that we do not tolerate this, check your centers, make sure your pets are safe and the handlers are good handlers. I don't expect much like trained or experienced handlers but at least some one who loves pets and not just 'oops! something happened' attitude.

In Miri, I'm glad to hear of another one other than Betty in Krokop. This means that there is more and more demand and we have choices. I hope this also means that quality of services, product choices and general care of pets would increase.
