Hi Lesley, yes I think I know what you mean. HCM is an annual thingy for breeding cats prone to this like in the case of MCs and Sphynxes. Its either by an ultrasound specialist or by DNA testing too. http://www.pawpeds.com/pawacademy/health/mybpc3/
