Yesterday evening while leaving the office, I come across a black DLH with tag wondering around Glomac Business Center (Wisma Glomac). There's housing park infront of my office.

When I'll try to approach the cat, he/she runaway. This kind of cat doesn't roam the area because usually only strays roam this area. Maybe the cat wondering off the owner place and didn't know how to get back to that place. I don't think people abandoned this cat coz its beautiful. really. I attached a picture with this. the only one i managed to snap coz the cat already run fast from me.
