owh...erm...if i were to have all three...well, 20 deg aircond should be suitable for maine coon / persians even though for persian not good enuff..but should be ok

for sphnyx maybe u can consider to put them on different room that have no aircond and far away from direct sunlight..


well...for grooming part...i'm not a persian breeder however, maine coons also use to have thick coat...ofcourse, daily combing is a must...make sure no dirt on the floor or u end up with hardwork cleaning their leg fur..morever those with whites!

don't say sphnyx needs no grooming...ofcourse no combing i necessary..however, u need to trim the small hairs and wipe them with wet satin/silk towel hehehe...
