that mails sounds like an inexperienced backyard breeder trying his chances. If that guy really bred persian and exotic, he would have advised his friend on the pricing of breeder cats. Moreover, he would have also left a website address to prove his identity.

Well personally speaking website alone doesn't really prove the anything... Coz I seen some breeder has a very nice website but they practice a different way from what they image themself on their site.
