Dear Prince and All, still no news of Skiboots. Two weeks as of yesterday. It was quite uncanny today when my nephew asked "Do you think Skiboots is in a better place?". For one moment there, I was stumped... and like all kids, interjected, by asking "Do you think he's been run over by a car?". Now to that, I'm sure -- 'No way'. "He's too fast for that." As to a better place, i really can't say but truly, Skiboots has -- and will always have -- a very, special place in my heart. All animals -- especially domesticated ones -- were put on this planet to love us, unconditionally. And all of you in this forum are surely among the lucky ones who get to savour the joys of reciprocating that love. ( I totally agree with your Warren Eckstein signage quote, Prince!). OK, Ok -- I'll keep on chanting that mantra 'Hurry Home Skiboots' a little louder... will let you all know when the miracle happens!
