This is very confusing. "We can't change the cat actually...." That was not what Adilah and Alicia said. Adilah said that substitutions or new entries are allowed under CFA rule #15.01.1. So, which is it? 'You can't or you can?' Contradicting, isn't it? I wonder under what conditions are exceptions made. Seems to us that rules are made to be broken. |
