The Exhibitor can substitute the cat (same owner) to OR add another cat(s) (different owner, cats) however, should the show manager allow it she/he must have a good valid reason to do so and MUST supplied the new entry form(s) together with supported documents and her/his report why it should be allowed to the CFA (CFA has every rights not to accept)
No. 2 The Show Manager MUST inform the Master Clerk (who will make necessary amendment in the Catalog Book and informed the Ring Clerks and Judges)
If you found all the necessary rules is not followed by the organizer, you may file a complaint to the CFA within 30 days of the show event. |
