Ojos Azules is naturally occuring - rare but naturally occuring. It's like a munchkin which is a natural mutation, not breed for short legs.
So it could be possible for the mutation to have occured in Malaysia too (see "Malaysia Boleh!" applies to our cats too!).
So keep an open mind we might have a new breed of "Mata Biru"...
