actually Trap and Neutered the strays already implemented long time ago by SPCA and Klinik Kembiri but I don't know the latest outcome.However, I did my own trap and neutered around my area.so,if you have some extra $$$ you may go to Klinik Kembiri in Setapak.their charges is quite reasonable. RM60 for male cat if I'm not mistaken. As for me, I always send the kitties to Vet Clinic in Ampang because time is precious for me & I cannot afford to take leave everytime I send the strays to be neutered. Most of the time, I neutered the male first and then female cats.
