Rasa nya SPCA pun macam ni juga kan. Yang cantik adoption fees dia berlainan dari kucing kampung.
Im not sure where do the money goes. If the money that we give waktu adoption to is for SPCA/PAWS itself than its good enough. Ye lah, dorang ni kan kurang orang support. sampai perlu sukarela untuk bekerja or tolong bersih kan tempat tu.
Adopt one cat = help other cats in paws/spca because, when you give adoption fees, it will help the shelter. Hati kena ikhlas, tak perlu pikir benda negatif, kalau dorang nak buat benda lain pun, buat tak tahu je :P

if you want to help you shouldnt say membazir. How if you adopt that cat then suddenly shut down? for sure you curse PAWS for giving out sick cat also right? for sure you said membazir also.
since you mention "bukan tak mampu tapi membazir plak rasenyer......better pegi kedai kucing dapat kucing yang healthy" = walaupun kucing tu adoption fees dia RM40, i do not think cat is suitable for you lah, since out of the blue when you cannot adopt that cat, you tiba2 cakap rasa membazir, and better get kucing yang healthy dari kedai. Is that "HELP"?
SPCA = We are a charity and do not receive any government assistance; we depend entirely on the generosity of the public.
PAWS = Our organisation depends entirely on the generosity of the public through donations or proceeds from charitable events organized and run by volunteers.
So with this mission statement, you kena consider cacat cela, baik buruk nya shelter ni.
Remember ADOPT one cat will help other cats.
