Default HHP cats being disqualified by a contestant who brought 10 hhp competing against you

The scenarios :-

1. No vet, so the show manager appointed one of the participant (who brought 10 hhp competing against you), is it proper?
2. I brought 6 HHP, 3 being disqualified (unfortunately 3 of my best HHP) suspected of fleas and lices. What baffling me, all 6 sharing the same cages, same roofs, same transport.. but 3 are clear (the least chances HHP cats). I wonder...
3. And after all cats being benched, I've noticed one of the said contestant cat being brought in and straightaway to the benching area... without anybody checking.. (ooohh she's the "vet")
4. Being a new FSM member, and have supported your show in Kulai, but didnt really know anybody (wonder if i could befriend the said constestant - will my cats being allowed to enter)
5. The show manager explained to me that it's the responsibility of each exhibitor to makesure competing cats are free from the above - but is it the show manager's responsibility to provide vet on duty, and i'll accept whatever the vet said even to the extend disqualifying all my cats.
6. I wonder, should any of the constestant, sue the organiser because of their cats got disease right after shows, and no vets around to check (and no one bother to check the vaccination card)...

So, i hope for the future event :-

1. If there's no vet around, all cats being allowed to enter (responsibility of each exhibitor to makesure all their cats are in proper condition - trust them)- and the exhibitors take risk too here.
2. If there's no vet around, and organiser dont trust all the exhibitors - cancel the show - this is to avoid the organiser being sued if any complications arise after the show should you go ahead without the vet.
3. Stop appointing participants to be a vet!

Thanks.
