rat is more of domestic thrash problem.

when we sort our domestic waste properly we can solved any rats, cockroach and anything else issue.

near my place there's some illegal eateries that breed cat sized rat which i dont think any cat would want to give a chaser and i see the only solutions is to "neutered" the business there. oh but it is impossible since that place is protected by politician.
