Stray dogs also hunt rats so TNR is still neccessary. Seeing kittens die like flies is harder on me than disposing of my rubbish in a trash can. Malaysians need to learn a few basic things.

1. BUY and use a dustbin. Pay the little extra for one with a lockable lid.
2. Don't breed unless you have confirmed homes for your kittens/puppies.
3. Neuter them before passing them on.
