darling, when you run out of strays, I'll gladly send you some from here.
i think the likelihood of stray animals disappearing is very very slim. that scenario would involve a global shift in mindset in animal welfare/care (i.e no dumping and no unplanned breedings) AND policies on neutering.
this is a good topic for debate though.
