Hi Niko,
Welcome to the forum. When choosing a breed of cat, one must also consider the breed's general temparent n requirements before finalize to take one. Some breeds r kinda vocal n constantly need human presence, some may need constant grooming (long hairs) etc.
Juz one more point, it is recommended to see the cat 1st before deciding whether to pick the cat up. n yes, there r some forumers here do hv cats for adoption (money involve). U can always check the Buy & Sell of Cat & Kitty section.
