Don worry to much.. there are ways to certify cats with pedigree cats' looks... MCC has a category called Novice Class. The purpose is for the cats that has pedigree look to compete for a certification... but it is an open category with no segregation on breeds....

Assuming if the cat (s) receive Excellent 1 @ Best Novice at 3 different shows given by 3 different judges.. the cat (s) will be awarded a pedigree...
