A friend of mine purchased an Australian Shetland puppy abt a year +. At the price of RM2400 from a well know Pet Shop at K.L. and the pet shop agree to supply the cert. After a year passed and the cert. never was able to be supplied by the pet shop and when the matter was taken to consumer court, the pet shop agree to refund the purchase amount of RM2400 to the owner and requested the return of the dog to the pet shop again. After a year of bonding with the puppy, the pet shop knows very well that the owner will not want to return the doggie..... A smart way of the pet shop to cheat buyers....... Now, the dog is still with the owner (my friend) and the case still hanging in the air... (I will post a pic. tomorrow of these beautiful doggie for u to see )

Lesley, I am someone who is not into buying pedigree pets as I do wish to help the strays more. I don't face much of these problems but then again I do not want others to be cheated either. And most importanly I don't want to see innocent animals to be a victim from all these.
