Annoyed? No lah. I think it is best to post it here to share with everyone. Besides, you are not the only one who PM/E-mail me. I dont mind sharing what I know as much as I love others to share their knowledge if I dont know or have problem with.
That is the purpose of all of us here  . Let us know when you have "fence-up" your apartment.
