Normally, people will select kitten of the best quality or show quality for their stub. I think he is very cute but his ears are not very tight. Anyway, I am not an expert, may be Leslie could give some comment on it.
My cats are kept indoor and without air-conditioning. Combing does help to remove loosen hairs and prevent the hairs from dropping all over the place. You can bath them but don’t over do it. You need to comb them after bath too. Medicated shampoo does help in treating certain skin condition like ringworm infection. I never has handful of fur even when my cats shed. Their coat still looks very dense even when they shed. This boy’s coat looks thin and not dense.
