It all comes naturally with practices. It is just part of the training in Med and Vet schools.
Believe it or not, I was in Science stream but I didn’t take up Biology in Form 6 and Year 12 (Australia) because I think it was cruel to cut open small animals.

I cannot imagine how you guys (human and animal doctors) can perform surgeries (cut open living being, see the blood, remove the organs and stitch back). I have tried when I was 16, 17 and 18. I cannot even “operate” dead tikus in makmal science (Form 5).
I still regret I can’t do it until today, or not, at this age I would have been Professor Dr. Jay of O & G. Sorry for running out of topic but .. I just couldn’t figure out how you guys could do it.
