from what I understand that phamplet is not about SNIPS but it is about the Klinik Kembiri.. Coincidently SNIPS pun ada ruling yg sama where only local and mix breed aje.... this is a thread about SNIPS tu.. http://kitten.com.my/forum/thread4015.html
