Default Stain problem for pure white cat

Good day guys.

I have one white russian cat. Next week she will be 1 year old. The time that I bought her, the hair was white (pure..I guess) but now the hair turned it yellowish especially on top of her head and both chick hair. The reason why it turned yellow becoz a little bit careless of myself .... Which I have to admit . Now the hair colour was not shine as before. I've tried so many whithen shampoo to bright up back..but unfortunate its not work. Some said that my cat is point but it is not..since the bottom hair is white.

I asked around and some of them suggest to use grease oil (which I have to think twice) and axion (dish wash - I am not really keen to try). They tell me just rub the hair with one of that and wash it. Well... I think that will cause me more problem if Im not doin' properly...

The last resort which I think I have to do is just shave the particular part and let it grows back.

Any suggestion from you guys?
