To be safe and sure, bring your cat to the Vet to have him/her tested for toxo.

Hi melissa,
...emm,so i have to bring my cats to the vet dulu ker for test?..
Actually im planing to have a baby dalam masa terdekat ni..but,camne plak dengan my "baby bulu" (i got 4 cats) tur kesian plak dia tur-

so i just want to know..ok ker if i stay wit my cats after send my cat to the vet - if the result positive toxoplasmosis or negetive toxoplasmosis

Don't worry about sounding ignorant or anything. The Vet will advice you on what you should do based on the test results
Good Luck with the human baby eh
