yeah, it is ok to blow dry the cats with hair dryer but pls b careful with the temperature ya. Using a typical commercial hair dryer may freak some cats (due to the noise) n therefore, they shud b train fr young but it is still not too late to start either. Put ur cat in the cage n switch on the hair dryer without pointing to ur cat so that ur cat slowly adapt with the noise. Then start blow dry his back 1st which is further away fr ur cat's head. when ur cat started to feel comfortable, then move to other parts of the body. It shud no pose any problem if u r blow drying once a week but if ur cat had a black coat, it is recommended not to use any temperature at all (juz set to cold) as hot air may change the coat color to brown.
