depends on budget and your cat preference.

if you have only 1 cat, then it shouldnt be problem to get RC.. many types of RC .

or for a start you can get sample packs from the shop and try which one your cat likes. mostly people will recommend RC lah.

But im using IAMS anyway cos i have lots of cats.. so i need something fit the price.

Agree with them all. It is actually depending on yourself ... and your cats . I feed my cats with RC. It is a bit expensive but it is one of the best. There are many other good cat foods like Science Diet, Proformance etc.

From what I heard (correct me if I am wrong), the cheap type of food like Frieskies and few others are not so good for cat's health in a long run.

True Jay, I think it is the Frieskies that causes urinary tract stone or kidney stone.

that is so correct jay, i pernah bagi kitten DSH makan frieskies yang kata nya kat pack tu got milk lah , and guess what at age of 5 months, that male kitten kencing berdarah. lucky i tau early, pergi vets and bagi antibiotik terus. and the vet macam freak out bila dengan i bagi frieskies ehehehe.. they advice to change. now all of them with iams, no sign of blood in urine.

i was thinking of testing proformance juga lah.. sound good and cheaper.

if u realize, dkt belakang pack friskies tu byk tulisan negara jiran kite...(thailand) which is terkenal dengan pengawet, pewarna, perisa tiruan and etc yg totally not good for ourself either our cats!anyway, proformers tu bgs ke?i penah dpt hadiah cabutan bertuah proformers 10kg...tp dh trade dgn rc 4 kg..kalo bagus ingt nk start tkr makanan sbb kucing2 kt umah ni mcm dh bosan dgn rc...

Thats correct,

still depends on your budget n your cat taste/preference

I'm using IAMS since 1994

no problem at all

my oldest persians already 14 years old, n its a grandma age compared to human age. still healthy

My cats love IAMS especially Ocean Fish flavour
