Cat walking infront of us.
hi guys....
I was just wondering how 2 make our cats to walk infront of us..i mean walking together but we are walking after them (cats). How? Anyone knows about this? Perhaps our can take us jalan2 around our house ekk ?

I dont think it is something u can teach. It is natural but I guess you could try if they start from young.
Put a harness on them. Let them get used to it a few hours a day. Bring them to a new area which doesnt have too much noise to scare them. They will start exploring while u hold the leash. Eventually it will be a normal thing. As for me, it only works for my Pepper. The rest wants to be carried if we go shopping or to the garden.

my cats when i bring them put for a walk.... first they walk, after 1m walk, lie down for few minutes, walk, then lie down again... after a while like that, i got bored, carry the cat. then the cat asked to be put down then walk, lie, walk...
don't want to bring for a walk anymore  when i move to my new place, i will enclose the garden, then tie the leash to a place when i want them to get fresh air... at least, tak sakit hati, i also can have company while gardening

Yeah..i agree with u ika..
 kalau sesape yg ader garden kat umah tu..bule la buat teman jalan2 ke gardening ke kan..one of my cat, tau nak nyibok jer...tak panggil nama dia pon dia dah muncul kat depan muke kite...yg sekor lagi bebal panggil banyak kali pon dia buat dekk jer..tapi bebal bebal pon dia ni manja cam anjing suka cium2 muka i...nak bercumbu-cumbuan kot..he he Itu lah cat natural behaviour...

wah... if can teach/ train cats to walk, let me know, eh...
mine is a scaredy cat coz mainly indoor so get frightened when go outside... anyone got idea how to minimize his fear??

My cats walk with me, jump on me and always stalk on me BUT they will only do that in the house.
When I took them out for a walk, they will be as “penakut” as they could be. Usually they will walk in between my legs.. imagine that!
