hi all,
Up until now i still cannot really understand the different in the 3 type of color. how to differentiate them? For example:- a brown patch tabby with tortie and torbie. is there any significant marking that play role when deciding this? regards Farish |

tortie-i.e tortoiseshell. mottled mix of black and red. blue torties, silver torties, golden torties etc exist. a tortie and white is a calico.
torbie is tortoiseshell tabby in tica. it is aka patched tabby in cfa. that is the diff. so if i have a blue silver patched tabby and white, i have a cat who is blue, silver, cream and has tabby markings.
