But you have to check coz some club not recognize some breed such bengal are not recognize by CFA. But normally for show FSM will consider this breed to take part...kira cincai mehhhh

Hi Crazycat;
The reason u need to register with local cat association is to proved that the cat is pure (imported) and belong to u. The ownership of the cat must be recorded. By the way, have u change the ownership of your cert. cat? When it is proven that the cat is belong to u, then u can register your cattery. Let say, u already have a registered cattery, then u can produce cert. kitten and sell your kitten with cert... only then I will buy it from u  ...

Cattery Plan
I found two good websites with plan for catteries :
http://www.cfainc.org/articles/cattery-design.html~ suitable for a medium to large sized room. ~ i like this one and may use this design in the future for my cats accomodation (will buy 2-3 large 3-tier cages in the future and currently have 3 medium cages) http://www.animalhousing.com/CattDes.htm~ this one more suitable for landed properties since need a lot of space. ~ personally, i believe the plan can be modified for cats to enjoy outdoor life with a garden corrider (suitable for corner lot properties)

)... after u imported your cat from oversea, eventhough your cat is TICA cert. , u still need to register with our local cat association in order for u to enter shows and register your cattery. There is a time frame for u to register after u received your imported pet.
