Thanks Loon. I have checked and it is depressing. Man, gotta quarantine for 6 months in a *bleep* forsaken place....... depressing when think that my little orange friend gonna be lonely... he dah lah so manja and just had his only companion/friend die....

yes, no quarantine. Kuching yang cerewet ni pun die org tak quarantine.. tapi cats from semenanjung are banned from entering Kuching... sedih je.. tak leh bawak Nyenc ikut gi KL...

Yes, betul tak payah quarantine if you import from Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, etc. You can check it out at the Jabatan Haiwan or Veterinary site. Nanti I cari the link

Also, you can give them a call to confirm. But really, there's no quarantine needed as Australia is free of rabies. They're just worried about countries yg ada problems with rabies. Anyways, I imported Prince in just last November 2003.

I dan Afi baru balik dr quarantin pick up our new MC...and i tanya dgn officer yg incharge tu pasal bawak masuk kucing dr semenanjung ke sabah/sarawak..actually dorang bukan lah tak bagi...cuma ketat sikit requirement dier....kucing kena jalani pemeriksaan Nipah Virus (iaitu virus dr khinzir) kalu semuanyer OK..dapat lah kucing tu melancong ke sabah/sarawak..
