my cats water broke n its been 25 minnutes and no kitten. is it normal?

yes, normal. However, if your mom cat is showing signs of distress, call/send to the vet IMMEDIATELY!!

well one kitten was born and sadly did not make it. It looks like it had spinabifida. Poor thing.
