Vacuum, vacuum (walls, furniture, floor) and if possible, hit the likely areas where there might be spores with a blow torch. Have a footbath of bleach and water outside their room so you don't carry stray spores everywhere and use one set of clothes when you're handling them.... change outside the door and spray yourself down.
