Are they really a Persian and a Siamese? Meaning that, do they have the pedigree certificates from the cat's registry?

I think this question need to be answered first before any of us proceed with your question. This is because, normally cat breeders will only sell neutered/spayed kittens to non-breeders.

why do this when such cats already exist. although in the perfected form? welcome to the world of birmans. they are wonderful cats. each birman i know has its own unique personality.

If you did that, all you'd create would be shorthaired pets. I can see you're a newbie, given the other postings enquiring about buying persian/exotic and scottish LH kittens. I suggest you go slowly - get one kitten (desexed) and learn about that breed.

The question you should be asking yourself is...

"what am I trying to produce?"

Both the Siamese and the Persian are established breeds. You don't want to go around mixing them together. You should be breeding either Persians OR Siamese.

If you want a Birman, breed Birmans.

If you want a Himalayan, breed Himalayans.

By putting a Persian and Siamese together - you get domestics.

And no, you should concentrate on the breed standards first before even thinking of breeding.

Please read my signature and try to understand it...

Thank you for asking the right questions.

I think we have enough type of cats/animals in this world. Not necessary to "invent" any new ones........

Actually, what I meant was don't breed, first up. Buy a cat of the breed you aspire to produce and show it (and learn to look after it) as a neuter. Learn about the breed. Do an apprenticeship on the breed, if you like to think of it that way.

well..yeah..u need to concentrate on the showing first and get to know the breed (not breeding)...only after u know what u want to produce and good knowledge on the chosen breed then u can start breeding.

remember, breeding not just put male and female together to produce kittens!. Sometimes, it takes many years for someone to decide what to breed and what to expect (to produce a better quality).

do not mixed the breed unless its approve by the associations (such as american curl+dlh)...u must study this.
