Wooo-hoo! The biggest cat I ever attempted to handle (it wasn't entirely successful - could lift the front or the back, but not the whole lot!) was said to be 39lbs. A 3 yo MCO male in Holland. OMG! Roughly 17.7kg???????? THAT is a big cat!

Actually, it was gross....coarse. Things can definitely be taken too far! But thank God he was a happy chappy. I literally couldn't touch the end of his nose and the tip of his tail.....had to judge the head then walk along to the other end of the table to finish him off! And he wasn't fat, at all. Rock hard.

17.7 kg???? OMG, lifting him must like me trying to lift my 4-year-old second cousin weighing 20 kg that time. UNSUCCESSFUL! 6 meals a day definitely will go somewhere for a little girl that loves to eat!

how many ways are out there to perform neutering for a male cat? my cats come out of the vet "still attached" and the vet says they will be gone later

Ermmm.... I have always know that there are only two ways of doing it... One way - the vet will snip off the whole thingy, so he will look "female" from the back and the 2nd way... he will just do a small incision and get rid of the "balls" and sow it back... so if u press (if you are curious enuf) there is nothing in it... .... so the cat still look "male" from the back...

One of my cats go thru the 1st way.. the rest the 2nd way.. but this is only for male cat... for female.. d norm.. "open stomach" surgery...

Others.. any other ways you guys know about?.. Please share..

For those with an unhealthy interest in the south end of Golly, he merely looks deflated. The slight swelling subsides.

Girls - well, my youngsters are done with what must virtually be keyhole - one stitch, max 2.
