My way of thinking : A simple logicness

People also need to understand human takes 9 months to give birth to A CHILD ( a very rear cases you get a twins )

But for cats it only takes 2 months to give birth to FEW KITTENS

A human child born to this world would take about another........20 years to continue the generation where else a kitten could start is generation cycle-breeding as early as the age of 8 months ........

if they start to question you like this..no need to answer them..as they are shallow and uneducated so most probably they won't understand even you explain it to them..how can you compare humans and animals??human have the ability to think and do what is best not just for ourselves but also for the others (cats,dogs,trees,environment,world and etc)

Duhh ... errr, Suz, 9 months to have a baby ahhh? Sooooo long ahh? Errrrr, supposing I go take 4 wives then can I have a baby in 2 months ahhhh?

But seriously, I spay/neuter a cat to relieve reduce the animal's challenges and hardship in life i.e. the mating and reproduction part, leaving it only the food and territory part.

Sex to the animal is not like humans, it is wham, bang and bye, none of the human kamasutra stuff. They r wired to mate by instinct.

Being burdened by kids when they themselves are hard pressed enough to provide for their own needs and survival is very pitiful indeed, even if there aren't (there often are!) cruel humans around to harm them or throw their food and clean water away (even though these r provided by other kind humans) with the hope of driving them away or starving them to death because these innocent creatures r considered pests.

I do it all for them, none for myself bcos I do it even for the strays that I do not know.

And I firmly believe that if God the Almighty intends that no species go extinct, He Himself is powerful and mighty enuf to ensure that all by Himself without any of my or the animal's help. Afterall, He is a miracle working God.

Too many of us flatter ourselves by insisting that we do certain things becos we believe that God wants us to it that way when in actual fact, it is bcos we ourselves want to do it ...
