as far as I know, deworming is contraindicated during pregnancy due the possibility of disability to the featus, before and after are not the issue.

Vaccination during pregnancy is not contraindicated but only with "killed" vaccine,"live" vaccine is threatening to the featus and mother.

Some vets do practice to vaccinised their pregnant cat with the target to get the new born kitties stronger immunity and protection againts viruses.

"Generally you shouldn't use medicines in pregnant cats, so I don't recommend deworming during pregnancy - there's always a risk involved. On the other hand, NOT deworming is likely to have serious effects on mom and kittens. Mother cats with intestinal worms can pass worms on to the kittens through the womb (and later milk).

Some deworming products are safe to use in pregnant cats up to two weeks before birth. Usually this is mentioned in the product description. So... Treatment does not have to be harmful, but it depends on the product and the stage of pregnancy."

taken from another site. As for vacination, if you do know the side effect it will do to cats or kittens, you would think twice of doing it. Maybe ending up killing both parties. Just my oppinion

How about after litter??? The kitten still sucking mother's milk. and one of them died due to stomach worms... which feel strange. So I suspect mother's milk and plan to vaccine the mother. Is that ok since the other kittens still sucking mother's milk?

Pregnant cats should be treated for worms while pregnant and while feeding her kittens, also the kittens should be treated every few weeks in their own right.
