Too bad this has been posted too late, my friend ...

You know, I had heard many ppl asking about when the Bentong affair would be as well because there are really very, very few spay/neuter facilities outside of KL but I had told them to check out the SPCA site. They said didn't find anything/there had been very little publicity (or hard to find).

Even the NST newspaper article on Saturday had appeared too late as ppl could not prepare their pets in time as the Rawang event was on the same day of the article was published.
