Off topic kejap.furkid and suzy,have you heard about the rules in Italy where strays cat can stay/be where they want to be?? The law said that. I heard dekat Coliseum (betul ke ejaan nih) byk strays tp penduduk kat sana tak boleh halau durang. sama ceritanya mcm tikus2 kat temple in India. I forgot the name of the temple.

June, I never use flash on the cats. Terperanjat satu hal ... blinds the eye, saya sendiri pun tak suka orang guna flash kat saya ... meraba beberapa saat bcos of the blinding effect. Just take tanpa flash di tempat yg ada cahaya sikit, tak lawa tak ape, just don't do anything that startles the cat ... not now, U cannot afford to make her jumpy in any way ... Caroline saya sampai sekarang panic bila nampak camera, tak usah cakap flash ... sebab ada sekali saya lupa "off" kan flash dan mummy cerdik tu dah kaitkan camera dengan flash ... dan dia kaitkan flash camera dengan thunderstorm and lightning, poor girl, sebab saya rasa dia pernah terkena lightning strike berdekatan tempat dia bersembunyi in a thunderstorm. Dia dan a few of my cats memang ada trauma dengan thunderstorm and lightning ... mereka pucat muka!

It is not important to snap the little girl's pic, June, kalo boleh do it, kalo tak leh, just forget it ... perkara tu utk kita berkepoh aje ... bukan utk faedah dia, just focus on preparing to spay her successfully and her complete recovery becos simple as the operation may be (and I have handled so many cats myself), I always remember every cat is different, every vet is different, every clinic is different and every operation carries a RISK, like kita punya operation. So, do remember that and take care always.

Ya, ade dengar, compassionate and humane punya tempat mcm tu is like a drop of water in a vast ocean, tak banyak ... compared with the abundance of animal cruelty and abuse.

... and also, TNR (management and control) masih tetap kena laksanakan even in places like these by the responsible people becos they can cause an epidemic of diseases and at the end of the day, sapa yang dijadikan scrapegoat nanti? The very animals which these ppl profess to love so much.

pasal kamera tu Furkid,I'm not very good with camera,honestly.I'm an old school.he!!he!! walaupun pakai digital kamera tp tak mahir sepenuhnya. anyway,as u said,amik gambar2 utk kepoh2 je.klu I manage to capture then i will post kat sini.rasanya takde masalah sebab dia pun selalu kat luar je tepi rumah,klu snap siang hari should be ok. kenapa ye kucing takut lightning?? kucing2 saya kat rumah klu dengar lighting kat luar rumah pun berterabur suma lari masuk bawa almari. mengigil kekadang. itu yg I kata flash camera tu sometimes menakutkan durang.tp 2 ekor kitten tu takde sgt cuma yg adt cat 5 ekor tu je including Peterpan.

Jangan kata kocing ... saya kadang-kadang dengar lightning pun rasa nak lari sembunyi bawah almari ngan diorang ... especially kalo jenis huge vertical bolt yg strike right at the paip air near U ... boleh transform U jadi biskut kering serta-merta! Mana la tak takot?

Saya pernah caught in a thunderstorm yg datang tiba-tiba dengan vertical lightning semasa kayaking kat Andaman Sea ... huh, no joke about lightnings, especially jenis vertical, man ...

... the animals have not lost their survival instinct tapi kita humans punya defense mechanism sudah kaput loh ...
