Hello everyone..

First and foremost I’m so sorry if my subject is out of the topic but I really don’t know where to put this topic. I love animals and currently is having 11 cats at home. Masalahnya sekarang ialah ada seekor anjing yang entah dari mana datangnya yg sekarang dok lepak near my workplace..I really have soft spot for strays, in fact I baru received a stray that somebody dump at my house in the middle of the night..Jimbo is very healthy and playful now..



Anyway, I find myself unable to function whenever I see it. I have cats and hamster that live comfortably at home and to see a stray like this makes me sad. I’m in position of being able to help and therefore not to help is out of the question, although not much, at least is better than not doing anything, right?



So every morning while on my way to work I will buy some food for it to eat. Roti canai and ayam goreng most of the time. Tengok dia makan already will make you cry. Baby, (as what I called it) ni baik sangat, tak pernah dengar dia berbunyi pun, dan tak kacau orang. Saya pulak dah jadi obsessed to this poor thing, I even started buying dog food for it to eat, and to make things worse, I dah ada cara nak panggil dia, once it hear my calling dia berlari datang.


So what’s the big deal you may ask, well the problem is, si Baby ni dah pandai tunggu depan tempat kerja saya (boleh bau agaknya), masalahnya tempat kerja saya ni kindergarten, (a dog hanging out at the kindergarten? Hmmm..i think not..) masalahnya lagi of course some of my colleagues tak suka, dan masalah lagi saya ni Malay..u know lah kan mentality some of the malays towards dogs, ikutkan hati saya nak aja saya bawak balik.. Tapi apa kan daya tak boleh.. Sekarang ni saya risau kan keselamatan dan kesihatan dia, it seems dia ni lapar memanjang, I letak bekas air tapi tiap2 hari hilang di buang oleh kakak cleaner. Sampai bila dia nak tinggal kat situ..Kalau saya tak tolong satu hari saya rasa guilty , rasa berdosa sangat sebab tak tolong dia.. Alternatifnya tak banyak.Call MBMB gerenti kena tembak, call SPCA, well, a friend of mine pernah hantar kucing dia ke sana dan lepas 2 minggu dia call nak tanya khabar kucing dia dgn selamba org tu cakap kucing2 dia dah di’tidur’kan. My vet pulak dah ada banyak stray orang tinggalkan kat tempat dia.. Saya risaukan sangat keselamatan dia..

A terrible thing once happened to a friend of mine (a Malay couple), di mana dia ni selalu feed this stray dog kat depan rumah dia. Lepas makan doggie ni pun jalan lah, agaknya jiran2 tak puas hati so one day this dog didn’t appear at her house as usual. They looked for it everywhere and at last found this dog, mati. The saddest part is orang kampong simbah doggie ni dengan air panas sampai mati..I don’t want this to happen to my ‘Baby” but what am I to do? I really hope that you can give suggestions on how to solve this problem?

The dog looks like from a good breed.The way u describe him,he might be dumped by the previous owner.I understand exactly how you feel.Some Malays mentality that dog is dirty and it is right to treat them bad. Even though we are Muslims and dog is forbidden but it doesn't give us any right to treat them that way. Why don't u post this in the adoption section.I'm sure the forumers willing to help you find an adoptive parents for the dog and cat.
