Would you like to open another thread to discuss this among the forumers ? We may not be able to implement the idea(s), fully or at all, but it makes a good topic of discussion. We can't expect the public to be able to adopt every stray cat in the country, but it would be good to be able to help centers like SPCA, etc, regardless whether govt or private. At the same time educate the agents i.e. volunteers, who will themselves educate those close to them i.e. how not to create more strays.

(Sorry i won't open another thread myself coz i may not be able to follow up daily... excuses excuses ... )

P/S My fren in S Alam told me he got info that MBSA had to pay vets to put stray cats to sleep. If true, kesian kesian kesian.

Hey, this is a very good idea ! They should have a club for animal lovers doesnt matter in school or University. As a results, this club can manage a volunteer session with the animal welfare centre such as SPCA or PAWS. Should try ask my Uni on this matter..
