If we own a cat, we have to consider the above NEUTER and SPAY. We have to be responsible to where our cats can go and what they do. If we have males, we have to be responsible to all the kittens that looks like our boy being litter to our neighbouring female cat. If we have a girl, we have to be responsible to all the kittens. If we can't afford to have these responsibility, spay and neuter your cats.

When we talk about responsibility, this include to be able to spend time and effort, not to mention money. We are responsible to every need of these cats. Food, shelter, first few and annual vaccination, neutering, spaying, last but not least love.

If we plan to breed and have all the resources, then it should be like planning to have our own child, plan their future, if affordable (in terms of commitments) then go ahead.

It is sad to see even humans here many are unable to plan their own family properly, to give good education. As of humans....... only breed animals for quality not quantity.

tak boleh mengharap sangat dengan SPCA. they are limited. the reason(s) why dorang kata begitu sebab, dorang nak sedar kan orang yang SPCA ni bukan tempat parking haiwan sesuka hati.

masyarakat malaysia ni perlu sedar actually. kita selalu ambil peluang yang over bila dah di bagi sesuatu. like we have spca, and masyarakat selalu ingat "oh situ lah tempat buang/letak kucing terbiar, hantar lah situ senang"...

but we actually need to do our part too... i agree neutered and spayed. also... masyarakat perlu berusaha cari kawan2, jirang2, sanak saudara untuk menjadikan kucing sebagai home pets dorang, without mengharapkan SPCA untuk menjalankan semua tu.

so spca ada reason why they have to say like that. supaya kita sedar, yang "nyawa" itu berharga. so cari lah dulu tempat kucing kucing tu berteduh. kalau tak de orang nak pun, kembiri kan dulu, supaya tak membiak dengan banyak.

This is what happen to malaysian. Always "mengharap" other people will do everything for you. But yourself don't want to contribute anything to the society

Yes, I think SPCA tu actually and realistically $$ pun tak cukup utk menyenggara kehidupan mereka (I rasa bukan tak nak tapi tak mampu) dan juga utk menggajikan tenaga kerja, then tenaga manusia secara sukarela pun tak cukup ramai, there are a lot of factors involved, that is why I myself hesitate from commenting or making hasty judgements. Like Suzy, I myself slim cheque pun tak ada kasi, cuma doing similar things like them in helping and rescuing the poor animals using my own resources ($$ and time). Even nak dapat volunteering vets utk Klinik Kembiri pun shushaahhhh, I dengar khabar ... Klinik Kembiri after all these long years pun 1 miserable one in the whole country ... no real firm comitment from the government sector in any area at all ...

In the end, even though small, all of us need to chip in one way or another out of love for our cayangs ... make the time (of course la all us r busy earning a living in this rat-race world, who isn't?), set aside some $$ each month as if for charity (our cayangs'), TNR the muka kesians in our own kawasan, sikit-sikit usaha pun akan add up to a lot in the end and does make some difference ...

It will be good for SPCA to organise another TNR like dulu and do it continuously. More vets need to volunteer at Klinik Kembiri and SPCA ...

FK, I called Dr Nat dah. The price is same as Kembiri, cuma it's done at Rawang area (easier for ppl from there lah kan). Tak lah jauh nak travel to Setapak

FK, dru an I masalah lain pulak
Dru and I tak ckup space for newcomers dah
1 mommy cats and 3 kittens waiting to be neutered (but kitties are still too young) - quarantined
And a pair of black smoked kitties (siblings) that someone dump at our apartment (also too young and ada mange sikit2 pulak) - quarantined

So for now..full house daaa..Hehehe
