Cool My cats Love this (Sydney & Boboy's Cookies)

Today I tried a blend of cat lovable ingredients for my cats.

Boiled chicken liver
Boiled fresh sardines, boneless
Fresh parsley
Bread crumbs, make own bread crumbs is the best

Mix everything together in food processor.

Heat the oven to 200C. Make mix into small balls then cook in oven.

My cats just can't stop eating these buisuits today.
YUMMY!

The cookies can be kept in the fridge and be used as treats during training. Currently I am teaching wee Boboy to learn his name since he is new. I was using fur brush to attract him but didn't work as well as with Sydney previously. So time to bribe with food. He he he

I prefer to skip the liver part unless it is confirmed organic ayam kampung. Bcos liver is a storage organ and these days those farmers pump so much antibiotics, growth hormones and cancer causing drugs into livestock to make them resistant to illness and disease, it is bad enough eating the meat. The toxic stuff is stored in the liver, fat, etc. Singapore Govt actually tell their men to eat chicken only once a week (too much hormones) but our govt tak cakap because they don't really bother about us that much. In UK and America, teenage girls and pregnant women are advised not to consume liver.

Thank you for the feedback. It is much needed.

Liver is an interesting organ in mammals. It is used in many function in our body including production and some breakdowns of substances. Medicines and drugs are metabolised in the liver and the elimination by liver and the kidneys. Vit A is produced in the liver and stored in it. We should be aware that feeding too much liver may cause problems, feeding irregularly with this product though may be beneficial.

If we start to look at the food that we feed our loved ones from the premixed animal food produced and marketed, we start to wonder what is the actual content of these food. Shall we look at animal by products or animal meal. This makes us wonder, are the animals edible or are they just plain hard to digest parts of an animal like chicken feathers or tendons and cartilages or even bones or brain. Dried egg products, does this include egg skin. Now corn in cat feed, difficult to digest. All of these can also increase the amount of faeces that a cat produce.

Back to liver. Most cat food if we look at the ingredients actually contain chicken liver. Where do these liver come from makes us wonder.

Now back to basic. To be realistic. It is impossible for us to all the time cook meals for even ourselves, therefore an occasional home prepared meals is always better then none at all. I feed my cats usually with dry packed cat food but sometimes for treats if they have been good and stays calmly on the leash ( I am teaching them to use leash) Mommy makes them a wholesome home cook dinner.

Wink All Natural Cat Foods

I'm just trying to find some really easy all natural recipe's for my cat. I need to make him some simple food. He doesn't seem to like too many canned foods, except for the very expensive ones (Sheba) (Fancy Feast Royale) and he doesn't even like people table scraps. He almost seems offended by really good smelling stuff, as though everything were in point of fact too strong for him.
I think he really needs some real basic simple cat food, or something that can be desingned for him special that he will eat.
