need help my according to my calculations my cat pregnancy delivery date is on exactly on hari raya but i wont be home that day so i need a boarding place to supervice the delivery does any one knows a boarding place that can do that .preferdably aroung putrajaya or kl or puchong or maybe subang jaya cause i'm not good with road i 'm at putrajaya so plz if anyone knows

a female gestation period is normally 60 to 69 days...so when you allow them to mate, please do your calculations in advance so that when they are due about 2 months later, you can make yourself free during this time frame...

before breeding, you should have calculated the time she is due and if you had done that and realised that it would fall around raya, you could have easily avoided mating her then.

it is not fair to your female as it is an important time for her. she should be in familiar surroundings and also would need a familiar face for support and encouragement during her labour...

when you are into breeding, these are the 'small' things that you will need to be aware of...

anyways its done, hope all goes well for her. you can try Dr Hasnul at 03 6156 2478 but no gurantees there...

Oh, Maxackle, I agree with keyshar!!!! You and she and the kittens could end up with all sorts of problems if she is taken somewhere unfamiliar. I'm a bit confused here - I didn't know you had a cat, let alone a pregnant one? However - I suggest you cancel your plans if possible.... your duty is with this girl. But make very sure when she's REALLY due. I can't go along with 60 days being normal, but allowing for a possible 72 hours from mating to conception, and an average being 65 days....when is she absolutely (!?!!) due?

sorry, what i meant was by that time, my female would already be by my bedroom so that i can monitor her more closely in case anything happens ...you are right about the rest....

you know what your are right i'm staying home this raya my cat are more important after the raya feast i'm going stright home *just hope her labour not an the exact hour when i go for feast*and kesyar i know i should have calculate my cat labour just i've waited so long for them to mate once they did i dint even think of raya.you know i'm a considered newbie so i tend to get over excited right now.hehehe beside i dont even know when is puasa at that time. well wish me luck

Good luck just a hint, all my females so far have given birth very early in the morning, thats between 1am till 6am...luckily my sleeping habits are like an owl as well...i only sleep at about 7am till 2pm....so anyone that calls me in the morning, will seldom get me!!!

If this is your first time or her first birth, I'll suggest that you read up on the delivery process. It can be quite tricky.

its ok can you believe it my calculation is wrong i just found she just gave birth this morning. lucky i already start kitten watch 2 weeks early.i got i think lah right now two red tabby , one black and one white but the white i'm not sure yet it could be pointed cause the father is cream point.so as the black one.but the red tabby have a weirdly color on their led posibble white i think cant tell yet.aaaa later if older i'll send in a pic
